Chrissie’s background started with dance when she was eight years old. After graduating high school, she found yoga to be the closest thing to expressing herself through movement, creativity, and community with others who shared similar passions. It started off as just a physical release, but as she got older her practice took on deeper meaning. In 2017, she felt an urge to truly get to know deeper layers of herself. She decided to get her RYT 200 certification to learn about all aspects of the practice. Fast forward two years, and Chrissie finds that being a student and teaching yoga from both perspectives has brought incredible joy to her everyday life. She strives to make connections with everyone, and to help open their hearts. She loves to learn from other students and instructors to always deliver exciting and meaningful classes, while always having fun.
Chrissie is also a registered occupational therapist and certified personal trainer. She is passionate about health in many aspects. Chrissie loves to incorporate a holistic approach into her vinyasa classes, viewing each person as a whole for their most purposeful practice.
