Alejandra Tannous

Alejandra is a movement advocate dedicated to various styles of exercise and specializing in yoga. Alejandra’s journey began as a child with her love for dance. In her adulthood, she found a love for fitness and wellness, incorporating various forms of cardio and strength training into her daily life. Upon taking her first yoga class in 2017, Alejandra felt a powerful calling to continue to practice and learn more about yoga and its philosophy. In 2019, Alejandra fully committed to spread the message of yoga and received her 200 hour certification. Since then her passion and experience in yoga has only deepened. Alejandra teaches yoga full time at various locations in Northern Jersey. She continues to learn daily about the practice and feels constantly inspired by her students and teachers. Alejandra’s continued focus on the 8 limbed path has enabled her to educate students to the valuable nature that is the inward journey - creating depth, space, alignment, and balance in the mind and body. She aspires to help new and experienced students connect to themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually.
